Handling of all sales enquiry through our Company's channels (social media, website, WhatsApp, phone calls etc)
Support and assist Sales & Business Team in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials, which include attending tender briefings from time to time.
Sell the Company's products/services efficiently to potential clients.
Generating and issuing quotations, invoices and delivery notes to clients.
Assist sales team with finding leads online and key it into sales funnel platform.
Remind clients for overdue invoice payments.
Upload completed projects photos/videos on Company's website and social media platforms.
Work on sales development for potential leads.
Responding to enquiries from customers either via emails or phone calls.
Provide general admin work and data entry on behalf of the Company.
Provide support for the Company's internal events/activities.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in relevant job.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Responsible and organized.
Able to work independently.
Outgoing and able to proatively reach out to team members for giving support.
