Job Description:

  • Handling of all sales enquiry through our Company's channels (social media, website, WhatsApp, phone calls etc)
  • Support and assist Sales & Business Team in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials, which include attending tender briefings from time to time.
  • Sell the Company's products/services efficiently to potential clients.
  • Generating and issuing quotations, invoices and delivery notes to clients.
  • Assist sales team with finding leads online and key it into sales funnel platform.
  • Remind clients for overdue invoice payments.
  • Upload completed projects photos/videos on Company's website and social media platforms.
  • Work on sales development for potential leads.
  • Responding to enquiries from customers either via emails or phone calls.
  • Provide general admin work and data entry on behalf of the Company.
  • Provide support for the Company's internal events/activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in relevant job.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Responsible and organized.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Outgoing and able to proatively reach out to team members for giving support.
