Job Summary
As a Sales and Administrative Executive/Senior Executive at Crestar Learning Centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving student enrollment and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our learning centers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Enrolment
- Prospect Generation: Actively source new leads through various channels, including databases, social media, and direct outreach.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management, including follow-up on inquiries.
- Sales Process Optimization: Monitor and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Collaborate with center heads to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Customer Service and Administration
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.
- Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and address issues promptly.
- Customer Support: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- Parent Engagement: Organize events and initiatives to foster stronger parent relationships and increase student retention.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data maintenance.
