Assist maintenance and service team on documents.
Reply to emails for breakdowns and repair jobs, promptly.
Prepare and scan maintenance checklist monthly email to customer.
Maintaining E -copies documents in the server and filing hardcopies.
Prepare labour costing for accounts department, twice monthly.
Update and check the maintenance schedules are completed.
Coordinate with the technicians on the servicing schedules.
Provide technician with details to attend emergency breakdown.
Updating store on withdrawal of items under job numbers.
Issue material/operation form, to purchasing department to order items, locally.
Liaise with oversea suppliers for spare parts and follow up for shipment delivery.
Perform ALL other service and maintenance administration for the Head of Service Department / Service Executive
