Sales & Event Executive Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
a. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
b. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships and closing deals.
Event Management:
a. Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional experiences.
b. Collaborate with clients to understand event objectives, tailoring proposals accordingly.
c. Manage all logistical aspects, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
Client Relationship Management:
a. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
b. Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales and event process, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
Budget Management:
a. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are met and expenses controlled.
b. Provide accurate and detailed financial reports to clients and management.
Marketing Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events and sales initiatives.
b. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and collateral to support sales efforts.
Client Acquisition:
a. Identify and prospect potential clients in the pet industry, including retailers, distributors, and service providers.
b. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the pets industry and market trends.
Sales Presentations:
a. Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
b. Customize pitches based on the unique needs and preferences of different pet businesses.
Relationship Building:
a. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized interactions.
b. Address client inquiries promptly, providing expert advice on our product offerings.
Sales Targets:
a. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
b. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies aligned with the company's goals.
