Sales and Logistics Executive

. Handle the complete order processing inclusive of quotation, purchase of supplies and logistics, with a focus of sales of trading goods from Komax subsidiaries and OSS suppliers to third party

. Support field sales person for related customer communication

. Interact with customers via phone, email or chat to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about products and services.

. Update internal databases with information about commercial, technical or useful discussion with customer

. Follow up and make scheduled call back to customer where necessary

. Ensure Code of Conduct compliances
