Job Responsibilities Overview:
- Sales Planning & Targets: Develop and drive annual sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to anticipate and fulfill their material needs, specifically in food packaging materials.
- Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to meet customer specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Care: Address and resolve customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Logistics & Support: Collaborate with sales admin and logistics teams to ensure smooth, on-time shipments.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare insightful sales and marketing reports on business update or proposal to the management.
- Payment Management: Oversee timely payment collection from customers.
- On-Site Visits: Occasionally make day trips to Johor Bahru for production oversight and ensure printing accuracy.
- Global Outreach: Travel overseas to strengthen customer relationships and deliver value add service.
- Technical Support: Liaise with Japan HQ for technical guidance and quality control solutions.
- Supplier Performance: Ensure top-tier service and product quality from all suppliers.
- Product Innovation: Present new products and packaging solutions to clients.
- Negotiations: Secure favorable pricing and trading terms with suppliers.
- Sourcing: Identify new products, solutions, and suppliers to drive growth and cost efficiency.
