Sales and Marketing Executive (Medical Sales)

Our client is a provider of medical solutions providing day surgery centres and MRI imaging services to doctors. We partner with healthcare professionals and institutions to deliver good healthcare, empowering practitioners and improving patient outcomes.
Please note this is primarily a sales role function.
Responsibilities (Sales-focused):
- Proactively visit existing and new specialist doctors to establish strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Actively generate new business by introducing doctors to our imaging MRI centres, driving referrals, and ensuring sustained partnerships.
- Cultivate relationships with key channel suppliers (insurance companies, specialist & GP clinics) to foster long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Identify and develop B2B and B2C customer segments to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and pricing research to stay competitive and capitalize on market trends.
Responsibilities (Marketing-focused):
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to completion
- Ensure the timely rollout of marketing plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Build brand awareness through promotional packages, online content, and outreach efforts.
- Research market demand for products/services and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive product/service offerings lists for both internal and external distribution.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Candidates with a good sales track record without healthcare experience will be considered
- Self-motivated with the drive to meet and introduce new doctors to the centre.
- Results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in customer service or the healthcare industry is a plus
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
