Sales and Technical Director

-Overall responsible for all operations components of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

-Responsible for the development and implementation of business plan and medium-long term strategies, as well as establishing key performance objectives to ensure that meet business targets and drive sustainable profitable growth.

-Ensure that operational standards are met and maintain and develop high standards of operations, with up-to-date beauty-related techniques and products.

-Participate in Marketing activities to ensure maximum business exposure.

-Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of brand standards, visible operational leadership, and hands-on interaction with guests and team members.

Job Experiences and Requirements:

-Certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, or similar field.

-Knowledge of beauty, skin, hair, body treatments, procedures and products.

-Ability to Research, Develop to Execute business strategies to grow the business of the company.
