Generate new contacts/accounts
Execute hunter role to actively penetrate and secure new accounts
Responsible for opening & driving growth for new accounts and working in collaboration with our customers to deliver sales objectives via training
Understand opportunities for the brand within the market, work with reporting Manager to increase sales through educating, training, events, seminars and brand activations
Discuss and implement sales strategies for the team and identify opportunities to cross and up-sell products
Turn around poor performing doors through time and effort spent with customers in helping to develop and support their business
Challenge assumptions about performance through careful analysis of the data and acting on the underlying causes of poor performance
Responsible for all sales activities, project, and achieving sales objectives
To meet or exceed Key Result Areas (KRAs) set for each year
Training & Education
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to beauty salons/ spa/ aesthetics clinics
Facilitate sales training and education needs in the market
Ensure customers are trained on product knowledge, application techniques, selling skills via class room training and instore training
Provide engaging story telling thats on brand to increase customers love and selling skills for the brand and products
Work with reporting manager on sales kit and ensuring content is relevant to the market
Provide management with quality data and feedback to assess training best practices and modify as required
Requirements:
Possess a recognized certificate in beauty therapy / training certification
Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in skin care / spa & wellness industry
Experience in beauty salon sales will have added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality
Must be passionate, committed, pro-active, results-driven with proven sales record
Strong planning & presentation skills

Basic + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Commission
5 days work week, Mon to Fri,
- 00am to 6.00pm
