Job Responsibility

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential clients and sales representatives.
Lead Management: Follow up with leads to confirm appointment details and ensure smooth communication.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate appointment and client information.
Support Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing their calendars and setting up meetings.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and track appointment data, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling processes.
Reporting: Generate reports on appointment metrics and assist in analyzing scheduling patterns for process improvements.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns related to appointments, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using CRM software and scheduling tools.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
