Our client is one of the Top investment companies, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for an Administrator, Sales Team to join their Singapore team. Basic Japanese skills (JLPT N4) is essential to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.
The Responsibilities:
. Provide administrative support to sales departments
. Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications in Japanese and English
. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
. Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary
. Any other ad-hoc duties when required

The Requirements:
. Independent and proactive worker in a fast pace environment
. Administrative support experience is required
. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. Possess Basic Japanese skills (JLPT N4) is essential to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
