Job Requirements
. Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer
. Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads
. Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc
. Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries
. Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements
. Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities
. Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls
Requirements :
. Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage
. Must be driven, resourceful and collaborative
. Min Diploma holders. Degree in electrical or electronics will be an added advantage
. Possess right attitude to learn and support
. No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role
