Novena Furniture is seeking to hire reliable, and customer-oriented retail product specialists to oversee and maintain the smooth running of in-store retail operations. Candidates should have the ability to identify customers needs and suggest suitable items from our shop that meet their needs and preferences.

• Job Responsibilities

Attend to walk-in customers on inquires, purchases, or any assistance needed

• Provide professional advice and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences

Promote the Companys products and be constantly updated of new models and designs

• Handle customer feedback and queries in a professional manner

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

• Assist the Store In-Charge in day-to-day activities at the showroom

• Job Requirements

Prior retail experience would be advantageous

• Open to work on weekends and on public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,

• 00 - $4,000.00 per month
