SALES ASSISTANT MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

. Permanent Role

. Working Location: Ubi

. Working Hours: 6 days work week, 1030am to 7pm

. Able to work on weekend and PH

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Train, and manage the car sales department.

. Lead and inspire a team to meet sales goals.

. Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to the team.

. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans

. Customer Relationship Management

. Other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

. At least NITEC or its equivalent.

. Experience in automotive sales, preferable in a management role with minimum 2 years of experience.

. Strong leadership and team management skills.

. Proficient in communicating with clients.
