Sales Assistant/Manager (Specifier Relations)

Job Summary

To build relations and enhance sales levels with clients in the Building and Construction sector.

Job Responsibility

1. Relationship management with Clients in the Building and Construction sector.
2. Prepare and submit paint specification/tenders.
3. Project tracking and management.
4. Gather of market information.
5. Prepare and conduct presentation to clients, both individual and group.
6. Discuss and propose painting systems for clients based on different project needs.
7. Organize and run networking events.
8. Ensure workplace safety and security.
9. Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Building, Architecture, Sales & Marketing

. Preferably with minimum 3 years work experience in promoting and selling paint and paint related products to clients in the Building and Construction sector.

. Pro active and able to work independently.

. Excellent negotiation skills.

. Possess own vehicle.

. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Powerpoint).

. Results oriented team player.
