Assist the sales manager by responding to client inquiries, setting up meetings, and gathering necessary project details.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to keep them informed about the project's progress.
Help communicate project timelines, budgets, and any changes to the clients.
Work closely with the design team and project team to ensure all project phases are properly scheduled.
Assist in coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors to ensure the right materials and services are delivered on time.
Help monitor and allocate resources such as labor, ensuring the project stays on track.
Assist in tracking project costs, ensuring they remain within the agreed budget.
During site visits, gather feedback from the project team and contractors to report back to sales and clients.
Address any immediate concerns or escalate them to the sales manager if necessary.
Work with sales, project managers, and contractors to develop solutions for issues like material issue, delays, or client dissatisfaction.

Requirements:
Minimum requirement of a Diploma/bachelor's in interior design or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of sales work experience in the renovation/construction sector is preferred.
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin & English
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office
