Sales Assistant

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

. Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual standards

. Assist with the sales process

Job Requirement:

. Minimum 2 years of experience in related position

. Self-starter and able to work independently

. Able to read and speak Japanese fluently in order to liaise with Japanese speaking vendors and clients

. Proven experience in sales and customer service.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment.
