Responsibilities: - Greet and direct customers.
Answer customers questions about specific products/services Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintaining client records.- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
