Job Responsibilities:
. Provide an exceptional customer service by assisting in the selection and purchase of jewelry items.
. Explain and educate customers on the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and positive manner.
. Keep the Jewellery display areas organized, clean and visually appealing.
. Process transaction accurately using NETS/Credit Card/PayNow and handle cash transaction responsibly.
Qualifications:
. Previous retail or sales experience with a focus on jewelry preferred.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Open minded and positive attitude.
. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
. Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals and jewelry design preferred.
. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Public holidays.
. Only Singaporean or PR may apply.
