About the role

Join the dynamic team at ADOORE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. as a full-time Sales Associate. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall sales efforts at our showroom at Lavender area.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries (social media, whatsapp) and address any concerns or complaints
• Maintain a neat and organised store environment
• Participate in inventory management and replenishment
• Prepare sales quotations and invoices, and follow up with customers for payments
• Support visual merchandising and promotional activities
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall store performance

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the Design and Renovation industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to take initiative
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced retail environment
