Key responsibilities:

• Communicating to shops for the requests through email and oracle.
• Preparation of requested supplies for the shops.
• Activate employees access at BFL POS Panel.
• Issue access cards and name badge.
• Monitor and control the quantity for shop consumable needs that are requested every month.
• Communicate with Marketing Executive regarding store signage requisitions.
• Double check and prepare all shop supplies needed for a shop opening.
• Checking of maintenance evaluation from all the shops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Familiar with Microsoft office applications and computer literate
• Above average communication skills
