Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and promoting the MCM brand.

Key Responsibilities:

. Greet and assist customers, providing them with product information and recommendations

. Handle customer inquiries

. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system

. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stock counts

. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets

. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies

. Assist in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the customer experience

. Maintain store appearance, ensuring merchandise is presented neatly and attractively

Requirements:

. Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

. Must be a team player with a positive attitude

. Flexibility to work shifts

. Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions

. Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for luxury retail
