- Provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalized service to customers
- Creates positive first impression by having energetic attitude and a sparkling clean and organized environment
- Demonstrates expertise in all current relevant information relating the product and in-store activities
- Understands and adhere to the Visual Merchandising Standards
- Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to upsell/ cross-sell at point of service to drive and achieve monthly sales team target
- Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers Gift Cards and captures customers information in the database (VIP/CRM)
- Performs housekeeping duties & inventory replenishment as required, always adhere to companys SOP
- At least 1 year of work experience in fashion retail industry
- With excellent communication skills
