Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Assist walk-in customers, addressing their inquiries and offering product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to suggest relevant products and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the pre-sale and post-sale process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Sales-driven and customer-focused attitude.
- Training will be provided for all candidates.
