We have a total of 7 retail stores in Singapore and looking for new sales associates to join our team.
- Provide excellent customer service & assistance to guests
- Dynamic & proactive in meeting sales targets
- Attend to guests enquiries
- Provide customers with advice and guidance on product selection
- Manage POS processes
- Ensure smooth day to day operations
- Ensure tip-top store cleanliness, VM change & display
- Meet & follow store's SOP standards
- Able to work independently & with teams to follow up instructions shared by supervisors
Requirement:
- Experience in retail and fashion/accessories or jewellery category a plus
- Someone who is meticulous and has high moral and work ethics, someone who takes pride in their work
- Skills like Cashiering, Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Service, housekeeping and maintenance of overall cleanliness of store, after-sales service and stock taking

Pay structure: - Basic Pay ($2100-$2300)
- Monthly Store Target commissions
- Participation in individual commissions based on a percentage of sales ($500-900 on non-peak months, up to $2000+ during peak months like mothers day, festive season)
- $100 grooming incentive
- Top sales person per store cash prize ($100 per store per month)

Part-time Role:
- Hourly salary + commission for every sale (same as our FT team's individual comms)
