Sales & Business Development Executive | Interior Design

Job Description

  • Basic up to 3500 + Performance Bonus
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Location: Tai Seng

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Research and analyse target markets to identify business opportunities, staying updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services, emphasizing unique selling points to support effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams like marketing and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Min. Professional Certificate in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B in the interior design industry.
  • BILINGUAL in MANDARIN & ENGLISH to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry and market trends.
