Job Description

Title : Sales & Business Development Executive - Hospitality Software Solutions

Location : Singapore

CTC : SGD 2K - 2.5K (Base) + Commission.

**Candidate should have Singapore citizenship**. He should have prior experience in vendor development role at any POS vendors like Revel or reservation management systems like SevenRooms, OpenTable, Resy or Deliveroo and Grab Eats.

About the Role :

We are seeking an experiencedSales & Business Development Executiveto join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales within the hospitality industry, specifically targeting high-end hotels, restaurants, and luxury hospitality establishments across the APAC region.

Required Qualifications :

  • Should have Singapore citizenship.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B software sales experience, with at least 1 years specifically in hospitality technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with popular table booking tools (e.g., Chope, Quandoo, or OpenTable) and the ability to articulate their integration with other hospitality software solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network within Singapore's hospitality industry, particularly in the luxury segment
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Excellent understanding of hotel/restaurant operations and technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business acquisition and manage existing client relationships within the hospitality sector across Singapore and neighboring markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting our software solutions value proposition
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in luxury hotels, restaurant groups, and hospitality management companies
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather market feedback and identify new opportunities for product development
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional Asian languages are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and its technology needs
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative selling approach
  • Ability to travel within the APAC region (up to 30%).
