Conduct market research, identify potential opportunities, and devise sales strategies aimed at capturing new market segments.
Develop and lead the overall planning and execution of driving small and medium enterprises (SMEs) business loan acquisitions for the company.
Acquire new business accounts through telesales, participating in networking events and partnering with external stakeholders.
Establish good working relationships with both existing and prospective customers, brokers and partners.
Monitor and measure sales performance to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads and successful conversions.
What are we looking for
Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales or business development roles, ideally in B2B sales, showcasing consistent achievement or surpassing of targets.
Goal-driven and flexible, capable of performing well under pressure autonomously and with limited oversight in a dynamic setting.
Solid business acumen coupled with strategic thinking skills to identify avenues for growth and optimise revenue potential.
