Responsibilities:
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
. Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and the customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
. Prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients in the maritime industry.
. Negotiate terms with clients and manage the preparation and execution of contracts.
. Track and report on sales activities, forecast revenue, and provide regular updates to management.
. Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
. Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Requirements:
. Min Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the maritime, shipping, or logistics sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships, close deals, and manage contracts effectively.
. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
