Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in channel sales for smart workspace solutions and physical security systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify new channel opportunities through market research, networking and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings
  • Stay current on developments in smart workspace technologies, physical security systems, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management

Jobs Requirement:

  • 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in channel sales, with a strong emphasis on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation
  • Deep understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, CCTV, and building management solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies
  • Highly well-organized, possessing exceptional project management abilities and the capacity to oversee several partner relationships at once
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
