Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating shipping processes and working closely with suppliers, customers, and forwarders to meet business needs.
- Handling full sets of shipping documentation and managing bookings for cargo.
- Setting up workflows for various business segments, covering trading transactions, service fees, and royalty payments.
- Assisting with internal applications, reporting, and tracking key areas like overdue payments, credit lines, and contract collections.
- Supporting the team on initiatives for new trading business development.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation handling.
- Effective communication in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise with Chinese suppliers.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SAP or MUGEN system is advantageous.
