Junma Services Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in 2005 and incorporated in 2007. With over 15 years of experience, we have become specialists in marine engine services. Our offerings include engine docking, repairs, troubleshooting, and the supply of genuine spare parts for both two-stroke and four-stroke engines. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive engine solution along with our automation services, which include ODME, OWS, and more.
Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in sales.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A dedicated team player.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate the sales team by managing quotations and orders, and communicating relevant delivery information.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and promptly.
- Monitor the team's progress, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Needs to organize the logistics for stock arrangement.
