Sales Consultant

Job Scope

. Executes the day-to-day operations of the Korea Artiz Studio Bridal store under the guidance of the sales manager

. Addresses customer service issues in the store and work to resolve all issues following the Grey Zone Guidelines without escalating to sales manager if possible, addressing issues in the moment

. Drives achievement of customer service/satisfaction goals and standards

. Achieve designated sales target and maintain customer relationship

Requirement

. Minimal prior experience welcomed

. 6 days off per month

. Ability to converse in both Chinese & English is preferred

. Proactive and always seeking new ways to improve yourself and your role
