Description:

• Ensure all clients are given the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Develop loyalty with our clients by building relationships with them through a personalised shopper style approach to sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge on all categories and to have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns & new launches
• Manage effectively with customer enquiries
• Work closely with Store Operations team on stocks related activities
• Attend training sessions and participate in training quizzes

Any other duties as assigned by your reporting manager.
