Sales / Hearing Care Consultants (Medical Devices)
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, qualify and dispense hearing aids to hearing-impaired patients.
- Responsible for sales performance and recommend strategies to improve operations and patient satisfaction.
- Provide hearing care consultation, fittings, and rehabilitation programs to patients.
- Develop and implement patient care management programs on an ongoing basis.
- Manage daily shop operations, cash flow, and administrative duties
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the branch
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails and walk in enquiries
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and activities (eg. roadshows and product launches) and support assigned projects.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Min. a Diploma in relevant discipline
- Retail/sales experience and sales driven.
- Good people skills and committed to customer service excellence.
- Sales oriented while offering highest level of patient care.
- Strong communicator in at least two languages.
- Responsible Team player.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Willing to work on weekends.
- Comprehensive full-time training will be provided.
- Candidates with Hearing Care Consulting experience will be considered very favourably, with attractive remuneration packages forthcoming.
- Must be able to speak mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking local elderly clients.
