Responsibilities
- Support the Outdoor Sales Team with quotations, proposals, and fulfilment of sales orders.
- Address and follow up on telephone and email inquiries.
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory and customer databases.
- Execute mass mailings and telemarketing initiatives periodically.
- Facilitate exhibitions and seminars, managing samples, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Handle inbound calls and other assigned responsibilities professionally.
Requirements
- Possess min. diploma or relevant experience in sales administrative support
- Outspoken & extroverted, team-oriented, while capable of working independently
- Strong coordination skills with clear prioritization abilities
- Bilingual in MANDARIN and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Skilled in Microsoft Office with prior SAP experience
