Position Title: Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Science Park II (Near MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon Fri (9 am
- 30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Respond to customer inquiries, including orders, forecasts, and delivery status, via phone and email.- Assist in creating sales quotations and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
Manage order processing and issue relevant documentation, such as Purchase Orders (P/Os) and Sales Contracts.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and forwarders on forecasts, shipments, and delivery arrangements.
Use Navision system for generating documents like Invoices, Delivery Orders (D/Os), etc.- Maintain stock and forecast records. Generate inventory reports and conduct stock checks biannually.
Assist in addressing quality feedback reports related to non-conforming (NG) items with customers and suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide support and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum GCE O-Level or above.- Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Competent with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
