Job Description

Sales Coordinator (6 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and the resolution of questions and problems
  • Follow up quotation with customer.
  • Processes customer orders.
  • Coordinate between Sales and Production.
  • Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production.
  • Issue material requisition form.
  • Coordinate documentation for shipment.
  • Organizes and maintain reference files.
  • Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders.
  • Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment.
  • Consolidation monthly sales report.
  • Any other ad hoc assignments

Qualification:

  • GCE O Level -
  • Good communication skills
  • PC literate

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Transport:

  • Company-provided transport: A bus departs near Clementi MRT Station at 8:10 AM to bring staff to the office. Return transport: A company bus is available to take staff back to Clementi in the evening.
