Position Title: Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Yishun Industrial Park, Nearest MRT Canberra
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8 am
- 45 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + AWS + VB
Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)
Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.- Monitor and follow up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the database.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service support.
Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.- Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish terms for purchasing agreements.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Keep track of inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to delays, quality, or quantity discrepancies.- Maintain and update the purchasing records and supplier database.
Liaise between the sales, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and purchasing reports and analysis.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.- Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management.
Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- With minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
