Sales Coordinator / Admin x5 (IT Electronics / East)

Monday - Friday 9am - 6.30pm
Basic salary up to $3200
East: Kaki Bukit

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily indoor sales operations
• Process sales orders by managing quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing efficiently.
• Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and connect with key customer contacts when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and project timelines.
• Assist in preparation of reports or documents.
• Participate in regular online or offline product training sessions organized by vendors to stay updated on offerings.
