Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiry/ Sales Order / Feedback.
- Provide excellence customer services.
- Generate invoices / delivery orders using SAP system.
- Coordinate and work closely with internal team and logistics for daily operation.
- Handle general administration duties.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work under stress as fast environment and tight deadlines.
- Meticulous and ability to prioritize given tasks.
- Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
5.5 days work week (required to work full day on Saturdays, no need to work on Sunday + 1 off day will be given every 2 weeks)
