Job Scope
- Acts as customer / sales force liaison for quote / order
clarification, interchange of technical and commercial data and
the resolution of questions and problems
- Follow up quotation with customer
- Processes customer orders
- Coordinate between Sales and Production
- Ensure that customer requirement is understood by Production
- Issue material requisition form
- Coordinate documentation for shipment
- Organizes and maintain reference files
- Coordinates customer credit rating with Accounts Department
and assures the limits are not exceeded in placing orders
- Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
- Consolidation monthly sales report
- Any other ad hoc assignments
Job Requirement
- GCE O Level
- Good communication skills
- PC literate
