  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the office manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and adhered to.
  • Provide administrative support of purchase and sales (PO/Sales Orders).
  • To answer calls from customers for sales queries.
  • Maintain Backorder list from Vendors and Customers.
  • Liaise with logistic team in shipment booking, creating packing list and monitor shipment arrivals.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least N Level/O Level/Diploma/Degree.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Computer literate.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • Responsible and supportive with a high level of integrity.
  • Positive Attitude, independent, meticulous, independent and able to work well in a fast pace environment.
