- Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day sales operation.
- Provide excellent support and customer-service
- Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
- Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed.
- Order monitoring and coordinate with factory for order status / shipment / delivery schedules.
- Coordinate on shipment / delivery schedules
- Maintaining a good method of consolidation of shipments
- Inventory control (Handle all Inventory, Purchasing, and Shipping related duties)
- Support the operations in the daily activities, to ensure sufficient inventory level and timely delivery.
- Assist in other ad-hoc dutiesas assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service role.
- Good command of Mandarin and English.
- Mandarin speaking will be added advantage in order to communicate with Suppliers in China.
- Great team player with initiatives.
- Positive attitude and willing to adapt.
- Meticulous and consistent.
