Job Responsibilities
. Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
. Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
. Prepare and monitor assigned clients key performance indicators (KPIs) and address the gaps in the performance with the other internal stakeholders.
. Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure shipment are picked up on time.
. Extract system data such as [historical sales, stock inventory, on order, pricing] to prepare buying spreadsheet.
. Prepare PO and follow up with suppliers to expedite and ensure that the Supplier On time Delivery Performance are met.
. Maintain pricing data and other information by SKU
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management
. Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field
. Proficient in MS Office (Ms Word, Excel etc)
. Able to work independently and has good initiative
. Self-motivated, energetic and independent, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
