Job Responsibilities:
- Support the sales manager by addressing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and gathering essential project details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their requirements are met and keep them updated on project progress.
- Communicate project timelines, budgets, and any changes effectively to clients.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure all phases are appropriately scheduled.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in monitoring and allocating resources, such as labor, to keep the project on track.
- Track project costs and ensure they align with the agreed budget.
- Conduct site visits to collect feedback from the project team and contractors, providing updates to sales and clients.
- Address immediate concerns or escalate them to the sales manager as needed.
- Work alongside sales, project managers, and contractors to resolve issues such as material shortages, delays, or client concerns.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is the minimum requirement.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the renovation or construction sector is preferred.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Capable of efficiently managing documentation and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Communication Abilities: Clearly and concisely convey information to clients, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Keen Attention to Detail: Meticulously record and follow up on crucial project elements, including material orders, timelines, and client requests.
- Effective Time Management: Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing critical activities, and meeting deadlines to maintain project momentum.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Adept at swiftly resolving project issues or client concerns to prevent delays or conflicts.
