Sales Coordinator ( know at least 1 musical instruments/Roaster hours/Retail Sales)

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver professional sales and product service to all customer inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
• Assist walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries, providing detailed product information.
• Implement strategies to generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Support the company's sales growth initiatives in line with overall business strategies.
• Collaborate with branch management to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure accurate price tagging and product descriptions for all items.
• Handle stock replenishment by managing requisitions and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Foster customer loyalty through exceptional after-sales service and relationship building.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of musical instruments (such as keyboards, guitars, and drums) is a plus.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
