Job Description

  • 5 days work week
  • Location: Tuas
  • Transport allowance and shuttle provided
  • Medical Claim, Dental Claim, Annual Leave, Bonus

Job description

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, delivery orders, and invoices
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Key in SO/ PO in the system
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

Requirements:

  • Shipping knowledge would be an advantage
  • Computer knowledge (e.g. Word, Excel and etc)
  • Diploma in any discipline.
