Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide customers support and handle inquiries
  • To provide support on daily ordering, send order, input and update in inventory system
  • To ensure the accuracy of all reports and on time submission.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse for any stock and ordering issue
  • To assist in any other ad hoc activities

Requirements:

  • Required traits: meticulous, organized, responsible, willing to learn, high integrity
  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new software
  • Work well with deadlines
  • Well-organize, self-motivation and able to work independently
  • Experience in Inventory Reconciliation and SAP would be an advantage
  • 5.5 working days per week (Saturday can work from home)
